I'm not sure if LIDOM (Dominican Winter League) or the Caribbean Baseball Confederation has PEDs Testing; but they should consider implementing a PEDs Policy. Especially if they [CBC] plan on expanding the Caribbean Series to include Special Invitees from nations like Cuba and Nicaragua who are WADA compliant due to their heavy participation in International Tournaments.

Well, I see no chance in hell that he gets signed. Lots of factors come into play. Is he is shape? Is he actually abiding by the drug policy now? If I sign him will he retire again before the season starts?
