- Mark Teixera may be available but hard pressed to come up with competitve package for him!

- Ankiel is under control and arbitration-eligible as long as he remains on the 40-man roster. If he is not, he is a free agent

-- Mark Buerhle offer might be someone as simple as Bryan Anderson or Chris Perez needing to be included in any deal. The White Sox might ask for an outfielder (I'm sure the Cardinals would trade Juan Encarnacion but Chris Duncan may be more enticing for the Sox? - THIS IS JUST ME SPEAKING!).

- Troy Percival is a "low risk - gamble"

FOR THE PUJOLS SUNDAY STATS: He's got 8 HR and 18 RBI on the Sabbath. He is also 16 for 41 on that day.

Good thing.. Rasmus is getting called up soon. Getting Mark Buerhle for nothing too big will be great.
