yes I am creating this. It makes calling fair or foul balls more accurate and less stress on refs.

Hmm.. that's an interesting concept. What are you proposing? Will the device you make track the ball exactly to the point of the line.. or?

yes the sensor will precisely say if fair or foul ball and will be remotely activated at the crows nest when a pitch is thrown. when the ball is hit the user will push the button and activate the sensor and when a player gets near the sensor the user can click the button again. By doing this the player cant trip the sensor and say foul ball.

Well i have been thinking about that and the foul ball people can have a clicker and click the button to turn on the sensor and click again to turn it off so no It wouldn't be every time just when its close to the line.
