Ryan Church-OF-Mets

Ryan Church (post-concussion syndrome) underwent multiple neurological tests in Cleveland over the last few days.
"Things went very well and we all are very happy with the news we received," said Church Friday via e-mail. He's expected to reveal more details about the test results on Saturday. There's no timetable yet on his return.

The results from Ryan Church's neurological tests in Cleveland attribute his most recent dizziness and fatigue to migraine headaches, not his two concussions.

Church was given exercises to relieve pressure in his neck and jaw, which often cause the migraines. "I believe I'll be back sooner than a lot of people are saying out there," he said. "I won't be sitting the rest of the year out." When he'll be able to return is still very much unclear. He's eligible to come off the disabled list July 21, but that can easily be ruled out.
