If there is a series the Mets can get back on track on, it's this one. So, hopefully the start taking a turn into a good direction with this series.

It's funny you mention that Scott, because my best friend was complaining about Beltran's inability to play hurt. LOL He called him fragile.

So far Maine pitched a good game, and Felicano is pitching in relief. We are up by the score of 4-1 at the bottom of the 8th inning. Just as long as I don't see Heilman and Mota I'll be confident that Wags can finish the Twins off.

Ricky Ledee just hit a solo shot that gave us a much needed cushion and a 5-1. So far the Braves are beating Boston, so we really need to make sure we get the win tonight.

We added more runs and won the game by the final score of 8-1. Now here comes Santana.

Despite some highlight reel-worthy plays by Michael Cuddyer, Luis Castillo and Jason Kubel, Minnesota's bats came up short at Shea Stadium. Carlos Silva gave up four earned runs on 10 hits in six innings.
