Question How long before I get my swing back?

I haven't played baseball in two years. Coming out of high school I gave my self a choice of playing baseball or football in college,(didn't want to do both) I decided to play football. Now two years later I'm attempting to get back into baseball because I miss it a lot and feel Im wasting a lot of potential. Ive been throwing and fielding, and was able to pretty much pick up right where I left off; but today I went to a batting cage and swung a bat for the first time in two years. It was 70 mph from I believe 40 ft. The first 20-35 swings I could barely foul the ball off. I got better with the more swings I took, but still not even close to where I need to be. Im nervous because Im playing for a summer team starting in a few weeks, and I don't want to embarrass myself too much. Does anybody on hear have any idea how long it would take for someone to feel comfortable at the plate again after being away from baseball for that long?
