I also prefer minor league games. Less expensive, the crowds are smaller and less obnoxious, getting in and out is easy...and since I live in a Triple-A city, the level of play isn't that different from the Majors. But I also enjoy lower-level minor league games; the parks are intimate, the crowds are usually friendly, it's just a really nice, relaxing experience.
Every so often someone asks about getting an MLB team here in Indianapolis. I'm fervently against it (as if it would ever happen anyway, I would imagine the Cubs, White Sox, and Reds would have a few things to say about it).
I also collect official minor league game balls, so maybe that has something to do with my preference, but I think the bottom line is the cost: I would prefer to attend 10-15 minor league games a year as opposed to 2-3 MLB games a year.
