Great article. I think with the increasing number of arm injuries at younger and younger ages, something definitely needed to be done. We're seeing a lot more kids pitching at a lot younger ages than they used to, and getting hurt or destroying their arm by the time they're young adults. Ive never seen so many TJ surgeries in HS ball players as I have recently.
