Budd... how is the arm the day after you throw? Are you certain you are not getting swelling in your elbow?

Ironically enough, my arm feels fine the day after. It's not really sore because i stop throwing after my bicep hurts. It only starts hurting the second i start throwing around 90 feet. I have a few videos of me throwing if you wouldn't mind checking them out. Tell me what you think. Been throwing lefty for around a year so maybe my arms not used to it?
Well i don't know whats going on, it was just working then screwed up. I'm frustrated enough as it is so here are the links for YouTube.
