8 steals yesterday against the Padres. That must have been a crazy game. Can't seem to find a link but I saw it on MLB Network.

Chris Young may be the worst pitcher in the history of the game at holding runners on - something like 91% of basestealers are successful against him. Since 2007, that number is 97%!

On a side note, Fowler stole 5 of the bases - this kid is incredible. He's hitting .310/.394/.483 in 58 at-bats and is providing a fantastic glove in the outfield.

It's funny, I had never heard of the kid before spring training this year. I wonder if he's a permanent solution for the Rockies in the outfield.

Fowler's hit at every level (albeit his power fluctuations), and he's consistently demonstrated solid plate discipline. While I cannot see him matching the lost production of Matt Holliday, I think he could be a very good player.

That's just terrible.

Wow, those numbers are great. I haven't even heard of him until now.
