Cards Is This Autographed Baseball Real?

I purchased a 2011 World Series signed baseball for my boyfriend for Christmas. He collects 2011 WS baseballs signed by each player on the St Louis roster that year. He's wanted an Albert Pujols signed 2011 ball but they are nearly impossible to find under $400-$500. I found one for $309 from sportsmemorabilia.com for $309 that said it came with an authentication. I got the box in the mail, opened it to look at it and yes it came with authentication, but not what I was expecting. I was expecting a JSA.PSA card but instead they gave me a plastic card that said it was certified by sportsmemorabilia.com . I contacted a customer service rep from there and they said that card means either they personally did the signing themselves or a trusted source of theirs did the signing, and its assuring that the autograph is in fact real. I guess I just have an issue with that, because lord only knows if they truly did the signing or not. I would feel better if I had a JSA sticker . I looked at the autograph and it looks a little different than what I am use to. I have seen these signed balls in person and the autograph is normally bigger and more "spread out" than tiny and compact like the one i have is, if that makes sense. Can anyone help me out here? Does this look real?

It's legit. No doubt. I've saw and owned plenty of Pujols stuff.

Agree with JV. That's 100 percent legit. Albert has such a simple signature, but has detail in it to show it's his. Just take a look at how smoothly it's signed.. no breaks, looking like it was done in less than a couple seconds. I say it's legit.

I also don't think sportsmemorbila.com would ever sell counterfeit things, espically with a authentication note. But if you really don't believe them, or us.. you can always contact JSA and ask them.. although this ball looks legit itself.
