Word is that Joey's contract is going to be 3 years for 38 million. This is not official yet because Joey must first pass his physical.

I thought you would like this thread NVJ And I remember my husband and I going to the local library so we could both pour in the votes for Votto and Nick Swisher to make the All Star Team. And they both did so it was well worth the voting effort

Why did you have to go to the library to vote for the all star game?

At the time we just had that little bit of equipment called the MSNTV2 which isn't a real computer. It would let you vote for a while, but then it would just freeze up. And even if that had worked well we only had one of them so that meant that only one person could be voting at a time. So we went to the local library where there were not only real computers we could both get a computer and both of us could pour in the votes together Joey and Nick will never know how many votes we put in for them because we don't even know, but we were at it for hours

Now that makes perfect sense.

If we knew them we should have hit Joey and Nick up for some money Nick is from our home state just not the area we live in.
