The next to get 300 Wins?

Which one these choices do you think will be the next to get to 300 wins? They have been listed by their age in parenthesis.

I suspect there are many more that feel this way, but I remember people saying the same thing in the early nineties.

Largely depends on 20 win seasons. With most of them having to record a good few seasons of it. Doc should finish this year with 190 wins. So says he's 35 and pitches 5 more 20+ win seasons? Who knows!?

I don't think he's going to have 5 seasons of 20+ wins between the age of 35-40.

I think CC is the only one right now who has a chance. If Verlander can win 80 games over the next 4 seasons, he might be able to get there. I will have to see more of Felix, because let's be honest, if he keeps playing for the Mariners, no chance.

Felix might have a chance if the Mariners can build up its Line-up in the next years; at this time your outlook is correct. Do you think any of the pitchers mentioned will attempt to compile wins well into their forties (like Moyer)to get to 300?

Unless I see some changes in the games of these pitchers over the next few seasons, I don't feel like these pitchers have the right attitude to pitch later in life like Moyer, Maddux, Glavine, etc...Moyer was never a flamethrower, same for Maddux, but they had amazing control and placement. Those guys were smarter than the hitters. Hitters these days are smarter, better, quicker, which is why guys like Verlander and CC need to throw HEAT to get the ball past these guys. Just what I think though.
