Best team EVER!!!

What was your franchise greatest team ever?

For me its the 1984 Tigers. That team was amazing from top to bottom, not to mention the MLB best 40 game start ever. Gibson really breaking out, the Tram and sweet Lou combo up the middle, the best catcher of the 80's Parrish. Jack Morris,Dan Petry. Just a flat out great team. So whats your franchise greatest team ever!

With the Yankees it would be impossible to pick a greatest team ever!

I think it was '75 that the reds were amazing. But last years team exceeded my expectations by a lot.

That was a great team the 75 Red's. That team had some serious contenders to play with in the NL. Like the Pirates, and Cards.

The '70s were a good time for the reds.

How about the 1998 Yankees? They won 114 games. Or the 1927 Yankees? or the 1961 Yankees? Me it would have to be the 1961 Yankees because of the great homerun race, and Whitey Ford had one of his best seasons ever.

I was watching 50 MLB greatest teams last night and they where showing footage of the 98' Yankees Jeter,MO, and Jorge where so young.

How about the 2001 Mariners? 116 wins and no world series title. HOW?
