1937 world series at polo grounds

In this photo from the 1937 world series at the polo grounds you can see the visitors dugout.the players could not go to the clubhouse from the dugout at the polo grounds they had to walk all the way out to centerfield 483ft away from homeplate to reach the clubhouses in the historic ballpark.the unique features of the polo grounds makes the historic horseshoe ballpark go down in history as one of the most famous sports venues in history.
