It hasn't been bad at all in the past weeks. Ian Kennedy has a good game nearly every time he steps on the mounds, and there really hasn't been a weak link in the whole rotation

Hence my statement above defending you.

But like I said I am not saying there staff is bad. They are just not as good as the Giants.

The Giants pitching staff definitely has a great bullpen with Wilson. Ryan Vogelsong has had a great season so far, too

Vogelsong has been huge for the staff this year. Lincecum and Cain are just about always great. Vogelsong gives then a strong 3 for the playoffs.

Kirk Gibson has done wonders with this team.

Yeah, he has. It was a good choice by the front office to bring him in. He's already made a (kinda) playoff contender out of the last years last place team. He's done a phenomenal job turning them around

The Diamondbacks did a good job fixing that historically bad bullpen. The loss of Stephen Drew cannot be understated.

The bullpen is seriously good this year. Even when J.J. Putz was hurt David Hernandez did a great job as the closer. The loss of Stephen Drew was unfortunate, but Willie Bloomquist hasn't been that bad. He's not as great in the field as Drew was, but he's productive at the plate.
