That's what I meant..

I just think writers will be leaning towards Trout because he has the numbers to win a RoY and an MVP. But Cabrera also has the numbers. I just think the writers are going to be biased in the voting because they would like to see a RoY and an MVP in the same season instead of just an MVP.

But then again, if Trout keeps doing what he's doing, he will win the MVP. But if Cabrera keeps doing what he was doing before this 'slump', I really can't say who will win it.

Right now, Trout is a much hotter hitter then Cabrera, but Cabrera's stats have been holding up due to his past performances. It's basically this: Whoever slips up first loses the MVP.
