Sorry, I've watched to many upsets in sports to ever say any team is invincible. Here are the only two WBC teams to represent the U.S. I think the 2006 team was a little better than the 2009 team, but the later finished in the semifinals. The U.S. is always among the favorites, but they should never underestimate any team:
