The All American Home Run Derby Presents it’s First Ever Bracket Bashers Contest

On July 14th, 2008 Major League Baseball will show case 8 of the best sluggers in the game today in what promises to be one of the most exciting moments of the 2008 season.

The legendary Yankee Stadium will act as host for the 23rd installment of the event & be the last time it takes center stage in the original stadium before the Bombers move to their new home in 2009!

To celebrate this impressive display of skill & power, The All American Home Run Derby, Inc will launch a bracket style fantasy baseball game that will run live with this years Home Run Derby event that Major League Baseball hosts every season during The All Star Break.

The Chicago based Fantasy Sports Company created their Bracket Bashers contest to make watching the Home Run Derby event more fun & exciting to watch for Major League Baseball fans worldwide!

The Game is Simple:

The All American Home Run Derby Bracket Bashers contest is a bracket style game where you’ll be required to select any 4 of the 8 MLB players participating in this year’s contest to advance to the second round. Contestants will then be required to select 2 players out of the 4 players they chose to advance to the 3rd round of the event and then 1 player they think will be crowned the 2008 Home Run Derby Champion!

Contestants will be awarded points based on picking the correct players to advance in each round of the Home Run Derby contest. The contestant that selects the most correct players to advance throughout the Home Run Derby, will accumulate the highest point total for making those picks & qualify to win The All American Home Run Derby’s Bracket Bashers game!

It gets better, The All American Home Run Derby’s Bracket Bashers contest is FREE to play and its sponsors will be giving away prize incentives to the top 5 highest scoring contestants at the end of the Home Run Derby!

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter The All American Home Run Derby Bracket Bashers contest and all bracket entries must be submitted before the sign up deadline for the event at 5:00 p.m. EST.
