The Jays need Starting and Bullpen pitching in the 2012 free agent market. A solid #2 starter behing Romero would be nice and a closer would be nice.

The Bluejays have a lot of depth in pitching , but not that top of the rotation guy to go with Romero. They have Morrow, Cecil, Villanueva, Reyes, Drabek, and Mills. There bullpen is more of a need of a closer type and move Rauch and Francisco to the set up roles.

Jays are pretty close. In any other division, they'd probably be among the elite...but that AL East is nasty.

Get Aaron Hill's productivity back would help too. Lind/Hill/Escobar/Encarnacion/JB/Rasmus is a solid core to build an offense around. Figure the Jays could use a leadoff hitter (unless Davis is doing that), and a couple mid-rotation starters. Ricky Romero is almost ace-quality. Brandon Morrow has dynamite stuff.
