Why can't these guys play like this for an extended period of time, rather than an game here and a game there?

That "balk" call on BJ Ryan was bogus.

I'd sure have been thrown out if I was manager.
Glad Gibby stuck up for his pitcher.

Glad to see us pick something up.

And yeah, that balk was pure crap. It was the same delivery as he always does, so this bring up the question of consistency among umpires and whether they were affected by the other team yelling at him. On a side note to that, how fired up was BJ after the strike-out?
