Scouting Report:
Blue Jays: Toronto ace Roy Halladay has performed as expected so far this season. The 29-year-old finished April with a perfect 4-0 record and a 2.28 ERA. In his last outing versus the Rangers, Halladay went the distance and surrendered just one run on five hits. In his career against Texas, he is 5-4 with a 5.28 ERA in 15 games. Halladay is 3-2 with a 6.10 ERA on the road against the Rangers.
Rangers: Padilla is still looking for his first win after six starts. Five of his first six starts have been on the road. He is 8-6 with a 4.74 ERA in 18 career starts in Arlington.
