Rosario, 26, posted a 1-2 record last season with a 6.65 ERA in 17 appearances (one start) with the Blue Jays. The 6-0, 197 lb. right-hander was designated for assignment by Toronto on March 31, 2007. In 148 career minor league games (84 starts) he posted a record of 20-26 with a 3.38 ERA.
