With a decent contribution to yesterday's 10-6 win over the Kansas City Royals, Jays' left-hander Ted Lilly is all squared up again.
All square with manager John Gibbons, following their very public blow-up last Monday; square with his teammates, whom Lilly appreciated for being supportive this trying week; all square in the wins and losses at 11.
"We talked a couple of days ago," said Lilly, who conceded five earned runs over 5 1/3 innings, whiffing six. "That was better than acting like it didn't happen. It was good to get it out of the way. It was nice to just be thinking about winning a game."
