DALLAS -- When it comes to travel, the Rangers believe they are at the top of the league.
Their new 757 charter aircraft that they unveiled on Tuesday at Love Field is the latest evidence of that.
"This beats the old Ozark charter when I used to be sprawled across three seats when I was trying to sleep," Rangers vice-president Jim Sundberg said, recalling his days as a player from 1974-83 with the club. "Your knees used to come up to your chest."
There are no worries about that in the new aircraft that replaces the old 727 that the Rangers flew in the past. The Rangers will continue to share it with the Dallas Stars hockey team.
"It's nice, man," pitcher Kevin Millwood said in touring the Boeing 757 on Tuesday. "This beats anything I've ever been in."

It's a pretty freaking awesome plane if you ask me haha. Anyways, the boys deserve it, especially after reading they traveled that many miles last year!
