Padres interested in Edmonds.. Edmonds would only accept a trade more than likely to a West Coast Team..

Yea, really obvious.. i'd seriously would give up Jimmy (for good prospects) while he has value. He's an awesome guy and a great player but he's at the age where one injury and he's probably gonna be done.

Too silent dont ya think? The only thing I found out is my Illini play in the Rose Bowl against USC..

Yea, theres nothing going on at all in MLB today. My team is playing Boston College in the Champs Sports Bowl.

dude I live like 2 miles away for memorial stadium... I'm excited about the rose bowl...

Cardinals and Brewers have met 2 times already since the meetings on Rolen. Club remains intrigued by Chris Capuano. Cardinals have trimmed the potential suitors for Rolen to 4. Milwaukee, Texas, San Fran, and (Los Angeles???)

Miguel Cabrera would fit the Cards need for a replacement.. but they want Rasmus and the Cards have deemed him untouchable.

The Cardinals met with Milwaukee, San Diego, Seattle, and Baltimore on Monday.

Baltimore discussions were about Miguel Tejada who the Orioles want to play 3B next year. He is open to play 3B on a contender.

Padres are interested in Edmonds. Edmonds would have to approve but he'll probably mull a deal to a So Cal team. They are also interested in Anthony Reyes.
