to me its either ibanez or putz. i vote putz though because i feel over the career as well as this season he has been more consitent for the Ms.

Raul has been very connistant this season, he had one bad streach, besides that he has been great.

He has put up great numbers, but really didnt start hitting the ball good until right before the All-Star break. He finished really poorly too. He only batted .267 after the break with only 7 HR's.

Stats don't tell the whole story, compared to the rest of the hitters it is Ibanez, Bentacourt has been really steady.

I know he is has over the rest of the hitters, but Ilbanez still hasnt been all that consistent. Putz, while having the closer job, has been far more consistent.

yes he has, Soriano and George Scherill(sp?) also derserve consideration.
