My immediate first vote to replace Nate McMillan would be Flip Saunders. He's a guy who paid his dues and was a winner in the CBA, then made the jump to the NBA and led the T-Wolves to prominence (yeah, that Garnett guy maturing helped!) and the Western Conference Finals two seasons ago. Then got what I think was a row deal when this year's Wolves aged too quickly, had too many injuries, and lost
