Ryan Rowland-Smith was returned to the Mariners yesterday as the Twins elected not to carry him on their 25 man roster. The 21 year old left hander had respectable spring stats, striking seven in eight innings while allowing three runs. Ryan is supposed to report to Mariners camp today or tomorrow, but it is highly unlikely he will compete for a roster spot. The 6'3" lefty will most likely head to San Antonio this season where he could pitch his way into the future plans of the organization.
