This is going to be both glorious and painful to recall, but your memory is pretty good on those Pirates teams.
The owner was actually a consortium of Pittsburgh businesses that rescued the team from bankruptcy in the early 80s. The chairman was a guy named Douglas D. Danforth (that's a lot of D's) and the President was Carl Barger (before he left for the Marlins-and tragically passed away) and then Mark Sauer.
The GM was a guy named Larry Doughty, a complete redneck who went fishing during the winter meetings and didn't understand the waiver rule. He was replaced in 1992 by Ted Simmons.
The manager of course was Jim Leyland. The third base coach through 1991 was Gene LaMont, who went on to manage the White Sox and later the Pirates. The pitching coach was former Orioles manager Ray Miller.
I could list all the players on the roster from that era, but your best bet is to look here:
1991 Pittsburgh Pirates Statistics and Roster - Baseball-Reference.com
That will give you the COMPLETE roster including all of the stats from that season. You can also click that link next to "franchise index" near the top of the page to see the roster from the previous and following seasons.
Good luck, hope you get a steak out of this!
