Kevin McClatchy reiterated yesterday that responsibility for the Pirates' recent skid falls on every set of shoulders in the organization, though he seemed to hint at potential changes among the shoulders bearing names across them -- the uniformed players.
"We've fallen on hard times," the Pirates' managing general partner said yesterday at the unveiling of the team's Highmark Legacy Square at PNC Park. "It's not acceptable. ... We have to do a better job.
"It's going to fall on the general manager [Dave Littlefield], the manager [Jim Tracy], myself, the players. Nobody is beyond reproach with this thing.
