Zach Duke to Indianapolis. I'm quick to criticize Dave Littlefield and Lloyd McClendon when they do things wrong, so I'll be equally quick to praise them for getting this one right. I think Williams will be a solid starter for the Pirates. If he (or Josh Fogg, or Mark Redman) isn't, hopefully Duke will do enough in the minors to guarantee he'll be in Pittsburgh by June.
