Bradley did something in every game of the American League Championship Series against the Detroit Tigers, just about the only A's hitter who hit with any kind of regularity, and nearly did carry the A's into Game 5.
If it weren't for a couple of feet and maybe a little wind, in fact, Bradley would have been the hero Saturday in Game 4 before Magglio Ordoez sent the Detroit Tigers to their first World Series since 1984.
