Mike Mussina exited in the sixth after giving up five earned runs on eight hits to drop the opener of a day-night doubleheader. Bobby Abreu hit a solo shot in the fifth and Josh Phelps went yard in the eighth.

Much better outing in the second game...Wang looked pretty solid and our bats finally got rolling. We need Arod and Abreu to continue to break out of their respective slumps to really get rolling.
I expect a good outing from De-Salvo today. I like this kid, he was quite impressive in Seattle last weekend.
