Did anyone see Willie Randolph on SNY sportsnight last night. I never knew he was a mets fan growing up in Brooklynn He told of how playing stickball when growing up and how he thru his foundation is trying to bring that back to the neighborhoods where he grew up because they dont play anymore. Even tho he played for the Yankees this could be why he wasnt fired so quickly
He also told how he wouldnt follow the crowd and go out to the clubs or othr places where he could get introuble and amazingly his friends stood by his convictions to become a major league ballplayer
