I wouldn't have minded seeing A-Rod is a Mets uniform as he is a still a great catcher. He may be old but he brings leadership and he has a bat and is still one of the best defensive catchers in the game. Sucks to see him sign with the Yankees because I was really hoping sense Lo Duca is nearly gone we could replace him with such a great Catcher.

Now that he's out of the picture, I guess their going to have to go with Torrealba, which isn't bad but its not like signing a big name like Posada.
