To all the yankees fans who said 04 was a fluke and the sox would never win the world series for another 86 years .You were all wrong .the boston redsox the best team in baseball and the team of this decade .
What Yankee fan said that? I sure as heck know it wasn't me (however I did wish they wouldn't win for another 86 years). Whoever even thought that was either smoking some good stuff or is in someway mentally unstable.
Though I wouldn't go as far as saying they are the team of the decade.

04 was a fluke? No that was an ass whooping of my St. Louis Cardinals.. a team very very much better than our 06 team arguably.. Red Sox were a hot team in '04.. they were this year when the time was right.. Congrats to em..

The Red Sox deserved to win the World Series. I do not like Boston, but after the way they have played all season and in the playoffs, they had it coming.

Yes, I know. But it's hard for me to dub them the team of the decade without this decade being fully over. I'm not saying they aren't right now, but we have no idea what will happen in the next two seasons. A team could emerge that could blow by everyone and make the Socks look like nothing (though I wouldn't bet on it). I'm just hesitant to give them that designation at this time.

Shut up TheRockiesRock! I'm getting tired of your whining about your Rockies losing the World Series. Boston didn't cheat/pay off the mlb. Why don't you just go sit in your corner and deal with reality, the Red Socks are the world champs.
