Mariano Rivera pitched a perfect inning in his first outing since being sidelined with mild bursitis in his right elbow, and the New York Yankees beat the Philadelphia Phillies 5-1 on Tuesday night. ``I had no doubt,'' Rivera said. ``I feel good. I thought I was going to be OK.'' Rivera was shut down March 14 after feeling some soreness in the elbow.
