We are so close to Opening Day! We can't wait until great, live, professional baseball is back in Erie. With just 6 weeks to go, are you ready? We are working extremely hard to ensure that we will be.
Construction continues at a frenzied pace with the nice weather sliding through. Besides more "heat zone" areas and another relaxed atmosphere picnic area big enough for groups of any size, the highlight will be the amazing Club Seats - complete with a full wait staff! This beer garden is something you will want to check out for sure.
We'll see you at the Uht next Saturday as tickets go on sale for the first time!

OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS
Virgil Vasquez had a great season with the SeaWolves in 2006 and seems prepared to make a jump to a higher level.
In Erie last season, Virgil racked up 129 strikeouts in 173 innings with a WHIP of 1.29 and 3.73 ERA. Signs of his maturation appeared in the latter part of the SeaWolves season, and great performances in the Arizona Fall League all but assured inclusion on the Tigers 40-man roster.

GOOD NEIGHBORS
Do you have a good neighbor? We are Erie's #1 sports team and we'd like to get to know even more of Erie's wonderful citizens! In 2007, the SeaWolves are announcing our Good Neighbor Nights in which selected citizens will be rewarded for their kindness.
Among many things, good citizens show virtues like respect, courteousness, courage, loyalty and responsibility. They follow our laws and are honest and kind to others. We feel it's time some of these great citizens are rewarded and recognized.
Please send the Erie SeaWolves a story about one of your good neighbors and why they should be eligible for special prizes, in-game recognition, free tickets and more from Erie's #1 hometown team!
