Lefthander Dennys Reyes, finally getting the role he's coveted, has agreed on a two-year, $2 million contract extension with the Twins.
The well-traveled Reyes has tried to stick with nine major league teams in various roles. But it wasn't until the Twins called him up from Class AAA Rochester in April and made him a situational lefty out of the bullpen that he showed what he could do in the right role.
