You see it inscribed on billboards, trash bins and high-rises. The Twins saw it on the mound the past two nights.

Boof Bonser and Matt Garza have the Twins starting to believe they can rely on the rookie pitchers during the pennant race.

Bonser followed Garza's quality start with one of his own Thursday night in a 11-2 victory over Baltimore at Camden Yards.

After Minnesota lost the first game of the road trip in a ballpark in which it hasn't fared well in recent years, the rookies made sure the Twins didn't step into a between-showdowns trap. They injected the proper dose of momentum needed heading into another weekend wild-card showdown with rival Chicago.
