Pierre's average is up to a stellar .125 now! And he has an RBI! Woo hoo!

Kuroda looks terrific, once more, which is great news, really. Ethier and Kemp look strong, so I'm hoping that they will both continue to start. Dewitt, for all of his trappings, is great at working the count. He now has six walks in thirty-one plate appearances - raising his season OBP to .500!

Pierre is two for three! His average is up to .167. I'm calling it now - batting title in 2008!

Loney's throwing error on a fairly routine play cost the Dodgers two runs. Luckily, he made up for it in part with a blast in the sixth inning. Kuroda still looks solid through 5.1, and Furcal is still swinging a hot bat.

Here's hoping the bullpen will hold this lead - I'm guessing this'll be Kuroda's last inning.

Swept... ugh. The offense and defense need to wake up. While the pitching was to blame last night, it is inexcusable for a group this talented to put up only three runs in consecutive games.

Here's hoping that the day off, and a strong start by Penny will get this bunch back on track!
