Default Side arm Screwball?

I've talked about pitch suggestions before for side armers and I have thought of a new possibility: the screwball. Any sidearmers out there that have mastered the screwy? How do you do it? I've seen the grip before but I guess it will take time. Especially because of my motion. It is side arm but as I'm coming around I do this whipping motion with my arm like a catapult sideways, which probably gives me that extra spin on the slider to make it move farther. Its difficult to go oppo with my wrist as my arm moves with force in the other direction. If you know of any vids or have experience feedback would be cool

If you want your arm to fall off go ahead. It's a high stress pitch. stay away from it.

you throw it like the opposite way of a curveball. Instead of snapping your wrist away from your body, you snap your wrist towards your body.
