I went to a baseball camp today and I saw this very interesting tee. It was like a V tee but instead of hitting the ball of the tee, you hit the ball (connected to the pole) and it spins around in a circle and you keep on hitting it? Does anyone have a clue of what I'm talking about and where can I get it?

by the way I found it on Ebay. Its not the same as the one I saw because it was attached to this metal base instead of a fence, but this is the main idea.
