What's your stance/windup, my stance is an open version of Albert Pujols and Craig Counsell, weird, but it works, as for my windup, I use one in the middle of sidearm and submarine, it adds lots of speed and break to pitches

If you are under the age of 14, be careful on what type of pitches you throw. It could hurt your arm at an early age. But, you say that these stances work, well don't change.

I have been an umpire for Little League for 22 years now. Little League has so many saftey rules that I have to enforce even before a game starts. The pitching regulations have changed as of last year and they have changed again for next year. I know what they are.

Thanks, I hardly ever throw breaking balls except when I'm in seriously desperate situations, also, I'm not changing my pitching windup however I'll be experimenting with different stances as I need one that always get's it done, infact, I may go back to my combo of Crouched/Gary Sheffield, which got me an inside the park home run once

I use a modified Derrek Lee batting stance, and my pitching windup somewhat resembles that of Tim Lincecum.
