Hello. I’d like to share something---this is especially for coaches like myself. Working with kids for a long time, I get really frustrated when they fall back into bad habits when fielding—can you relate?? I found something that really works for my players. This training tool CONDITIONS players to CATCH and FIELD with 2 hands in the proper biomechanical way. It trains them to position their hands to soft scoop balls hit to them when fielding grounders, and makes their hands and wrists go out to the ball—and not to retract from the ball—when out there on the field. What I’ve seen is that players who use this develop much more confidence and control when fielding grounders, let alone a much quicker release of the ball to throw runners out and make more plays. I’m just getting started on using it—but I know of a coach who has used it with his team and said the very next game nobody made any errors. I saw this on
