I like mizuno when i'm running.. but I really hate spikes under my feet ( interchangebles to ) so I have 2 pare of shoes..

the nike shox baseball cleats are the ones i use and they are the best i have ever used

yeah well theres big difference in metal cleats than other cleats...i like metal a whole lot better...

have you gotten your cleats yet? what did you get? there's a quick
guide to baseball cleats here
, after reading it i think i might go for detachable cleats. my only problem now is what brand.
