Hey amigo! Welcome to the forum!

Here's what I've gathered from your swing:

Tips:
Your hands start out in the front of your head, like very close. And your hands are lower then they should be. They are about chest high. Try raising your hands neck level or almost head level.
Take a look at Mat Kemp.

See where his hands are? Try to mimick that. It will feel weird at first, but it will help your swing alot.

Another thing you want to work on is getting your hands through the ball. Try and keep your eye on the ball even more then your doing. Then extend your hands out. Like this:

See that extension he gets on his bat? This will help you make better contact and get better results.

Alright, so those are the major things, but I have one more thing that will defiantly improve your batting.

Take a look at your load. First off, you are loading way to late. You should be loading before the ball is out of the pitchers hand, but off the machine, I undertstand that it's hard to judge. I suggest taking live BP off of a pitcher. This always helps.

Try holding the end of your swing for 3 or 4 seconds, this will build muscle memory.

Other then those things, your swing looks good!

Keep on crackin!

Use your hips, too. That's where most of your power comes from. Your standing there stiff a board.

How fast were those pitches? Kelzy's hands tip will come in handy when you face faster pitchers who will challenge you high in zone. JV's is advise is very good about opening your hips, you are always going to generate more power from your core than from your arms.

Yes! JV is right 100%. I forget about the hips, that's the biggest one. Without any hips, you cannot generate anything.. that is the one you should work on before the others. And like Nebo said, the core is where you get your power.. and also like he said, you want it from your core instead of your arms.

Try using your hips, core, and legs so it feels weird.

Thanks guys! I appreciate the advice, I will have lots to work on. It's funny when I was practicing I thought my hands were really far back but after looking at myself on that video it looks like i'm not extending at all. Thanks again!

Alrighty! Make sure to check your stance, hips, and hands every so often.. maybe even take a pitch to get the feel.

Here's something that might help aswell:
