Hey amigo! Welcome to the forum!
Here's what I've gathered from your swing:
Tips:
Your hands start out in the front of your head, like very close. And your hands are lower then they should be. They are about chest high. Try raising your hands neck level or almost head level.
Take a look at Mat Kemp.
See where his hands are? Try to mimick that. It will feel weird at first, but it will help your swing alot.
Another thing you want to work on is getting your hands through the ball. Try and keep your eye on the ball even more then your doing. Then extend your hands out. Like this:

See that extension he gets on his bat? This will help you make better contact and get better results.
Alright, so those are the major things, but I have one more thing that will defiantly improve your batting.
Take a look at your load. First off, you are loading way to late. You should be loading before the ball is out of the pitchers hand, but off the machine, I undertstand that it's hard to judge. I suggest taking live BP off of a pitcher. This always helps.
Try holding the end of your swing for 3 or 4 seconds, this will build muscle memory.
Other then those things, your swing looks good!
Keep on crackin!
