Billy Martin among Hall of Fame candidates
The veterans committee has announced a list of candidates they're considering on adding to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Among them are new faces Billy Martin, Marvin Miller and Doug Harvey, as well as Whitey Herzog, Davey Johnson, Gene Mauch, Bowie Kuhn, Danny Murtaugh, Billy Southworth, Dick Williams, umpires Hank O'Day and Cy Rigler, and executives Buzzie Bavasi, Barney Dreyfuss, John Fetzer, Bob Howsam, Ewing Kauffman, John McHale, Walter O'Malley and Gabe Paul. Should any of these guys get in?
