1.Rules
A.The league will consist of 12 teams. Each Team must have a name.
B. A Draft will be held on april 1st, 2010
C.C. Each team will bid for up to 27 players: 12 Positions players, 1 DH, 8 pitchers,
and 6 reserve sports.
D. The draft will consist of both American and National League Players.
E. 21 active player’s stats will score.
F. Rosters must consist of the following, according to position eligibility:
First Baseman
Second Baseman
Third Baseman
Outfielders (5)
Infielders (2) (not at same position) (a catcher qualifies as an infielder)
Short Stop
Catcher
DH (1)
Pitchers (8) Starting Pitchers 5
Relief Pitchers 3
2.Bidding\
A. Each team will start with 260 points, minus retained player value. Bids will be
1.00 denominations.
B. Each team will take a turn to submit a player’s name for bid. That team must
start the bidding on that player.

c. There will be a 30 second time limit on bids.
D.A team will not be permitted to run out of points during the draft. A team must
always have 1.00 point for every vacant spot on their roster.
4.Scoring
Batters Stat Categories: Runs (R), Hits (H), Doubles (2B), Triples (3B), Home Runs (HR), Runs Batted In (RBI), Stolen Bases (SB), Batting Average (AVG)
Pitchers Stat Categories: Wins (W), Shutouts (SHO), Saves (SV), Walks (BB), Strikeouts (K), Earned Run Average (ERA), (Walks + Hits)/ Innings Pitched (WHIP)
5.RETENTION
A. The number of players allowed to be retained will be 0-5 players at any
position.
B. A player’s contract will be for 1 - 3 years with the following point value
increases:
1 – 24 +2
25 - 34 +3
35 - 44 +4
45 - 54 +5

Ex: Player A is drafted for 10 points
1st year 10 points
2nd year 12 points
3rd year 14 points

D. Any Free Agent that is claimed and kept the following year will be given a
point value of 10 and be considered to be in the first year of his contract.

E. Rosters of protected players to be submitted March 1st.

6. FEES

Entrance fee is $50.00
Due a week before the draft
